What's covered
The guarantee covers every product we sell on this site — both Natural Protocol and the optional 30-Day Habits Companion add-on. Each item is covered for 60 days from its own purchase date.
Requesting a refund
Either path works:
- Through Digistore24 — since they processed your payment, you can request a refund directly with them using your order ID and checkout email through their buyer support portal.
- Through us — email supportdainfo@gmail.com from your checkout address with your order ID and the word "refund". We'll forward it for processing and confirm once it's done.
Timing
Refunds are issued by Digistore24 back to your original payment method. Once approved, funds are typically returned within a few business days, though your bank's own processing time may add to that.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee sits on top of, and does not replace, any statutory right of withdrawal you have under consumer law. Those rights are administered by Digistore24 as reseller, under the terms shown at their checkout.
Fair use
This guarantee is offered in good faith. We reserve the right to decline repeated refund requests from the same customer where there is clear evidence of abuse.
